1. OUR PRODUCTS

All our jewellery is 92.5 stamped sterling silver unless otherwise specifically mentioned. Also, most of our jewellery is handmade.

1.1 Is it pure silver?

Yes, the purity is 92.5, the maximum possible purity that can be attained while making silver ornaments.

1.2 what is the difference between PURE SILVER and STERLING SILVER?

Sterling silver is an alloy of silver which is composed of 92.5% silver, and the remaining 7.5% is made up of other copper or brass. Whereas, pure silver consists of 99.9% pure silver, which makes the metal soft and it cannot be used for jewellery items, Sterling Silver is considered the highest quality of silver purity for use in making jewellery.

1.3 Do you give any guarantees?

Yes we offer guarantee towards purity of silver used in the ornament. Each piece of our jewellery is individually stamped with the 92.5 mark, guaranteeing that it is sterling silver.We also provide GST invoice with every product.

1.4 How long does it take to ship my order?

For all Ready to Ship products.- shipping to addresses within India, it takes between 2-3 working days for delivery to metros; rest of India 4-5 days ;
For custom-made/ pre- order products, it takes a minimum of 10-15 days to craft the product .After which the usual shipping time applies.

1.5 How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

1.6 Do you exchange old silver?

No, we do not accept old silver.

1.7 What kind of stones do you use? Are they genuine precious stones?

It varies from product to product. Most of the the gemstone are semi precious stones, but you can go through the description of the product to verify the quality of the stones used in that specific product.

1.8 Will you create an ornament with our design for us?

Yes it is possible, depending on the style and manufacturing processes involved. If you have a certain design in mind, please send the picture by email [email protected] or whatsapp us on +91-9928556228

1.9 Do you have any other websites?

No, this is our only website. Please do not be misled by any other websites which might have similar sounding name / website address/similar looking logo.

1.10 Do you sell wholesale?

We do sell wholesale. Please write directly to us with your requirement on [email protected] or Whatsapp us on +91-9928556228. For an order to be considered wholesale, you have to buy multiple pieces of the same product, and the minimum order quantity would be approx. 4 pairs/pieces for each specific design. Shipping costs may be extra. Please note that wholesale supply does not include branding support of any kind, like photography, content, logo, brand name, marketing etc.

1.11 Where can one experience The Chandi Studio Jewellery in person?

We have an exclusive store in Jaipur (Kishanpole Bazaar)

1.12 The gold plating on my ornament has lost its sheen. What do I do?

You can get it re-plated at stores which offer such services or send the product to us and we can get the gold-polish done for you at a nominal cost.

1.13 My ornaments have turned from shiny white to a blackish color. Why so?

Silver naturally tarnishes due to a process called oxidization. There are 2 ways of dealing with this – minimise the oxidation by storing the ornaments in air-tight pouches, and secondly, by gently polishing with a soft, dry cotton cloth and colgate powder. Once cleaned, remember to wipe dry and re-pack in air-tight pouches.

 

2. Payments and Check-Out

2.1 What are the payment options available?

You can also place an order from anywhere outside India and ask us to ship it to
an address within India with the advantage of Free Shipping.

2.2 If I am unable to place the order online for some reason, is there an alternative?

2.3 My card payment failed. What should I do?

Please contact your bank they can help you with this.

2.4 Card payment has gone through, my account has been debited, but I have not
received an order confirmation from your side.

Please write to us at [email protected] with the order details, and a
screenshot of payment debit. We will check with our bank/payment gateway and
resolve the issue. In case we have received the payment, we will create and
process an order with your chosen products. But please allow us 24-48 hours to
check the status and revert.

 

3. Packing/Gift Packing

3.1 How do you pack your products?

All our jewellery is packaged in a strong jewellery box and sealed securely. We
take great care to package the jewellery appropriately to avoid any damage
during transit.

3.2 Do you offer gift packing?

Yes we do. Please make a request in the “Check out Notes”  box while checking
out. You can also include any message that you want to be sent out. Or send us
an email at [email protected] or call/whatspp on 9928556228 with
your order number .

3.3 What if I have already made the order and now want to include a message?

You can write to [email protected] with your order confirmation
number, your request and the message. We’ll take care of the rest.

 

 

4. Shipping & Tracking

We provide shipping all over INDIA.

Shipping is free for all purchases above order of Rs.1,000/- if you pay online i.e through bank transfer, google pay, phone pe or paytm.

For COD ,the shipping charges are Rs.100/-

Shipping is Rs.100/- on all orders below Rs.1,000/-

We mostly use Delhivery & Bluedart courier services in India.

4.1 what about Transit Insurance?

All parcels are fully insured by us until they reach you securely. So you are
guaranteed a 100% safe purchase. In case the parcel is not delivered or
tampered with we will issue you a replacement immediately.

4.2 How do I track my order?

If you have an account with us log in and check the status of your order. If it
says fulfilled, it means your order has been despatched.

Once your order is despatched you will recieve a mail from us with the tracking
number of the parcel and the tracking URL where you can track the progress of
the parcel.

Please make sure you fill in your email id so that we can send you the
tracking info.

 

5. Returns/Exchange/Cancellation

We do not accept return or exchange for our products

5.1 What if I receive a damaged product?

We take great care in packaging our products safely yet if  your merchandise
arrives damaged, please mail/ whatspp us photo of the damaged product
within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement as
quickly as possible.

5.2 Do you have reverse pick-up facility?

Yes, we do have reverse pick-up option

5.3 How do I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours. To cancel an order, please send
us an email at [email protected] or call/whatspp on 9928556228
with your order number within 24 hours from the time order is placed. All
returns are subject to the discretion of The Chandi Studio but we always put the
customer first.
